"The Doge's Palace Flooded"
This seven-foot wide hexaptych (six canvases) was the centerpiece of my 2020 Painting Venice in a Pandemic project and the YouTube movies (below) that show the entire process of creating this composition. This personal movie showcases 2020 pictures of Venice. Included are 20 landscapes, a seven-foot wide hexaptych of the Doge's Palace Flooded, and a heartfelt narration about love, the pandemic, and climate change. Background music by Lindsey & Leigh Cohn. (8:00)

Configurations
One of the coolest things about these six canvases is that they can be displayed in various configurations. Individual canvases can be displayed, two or three can be combined, or for the biggest impact the entire piece can be hung as shown at the top of this page. You can even rearrange the order for a perplexing skewed display!
